KEFKA
Kefka is the evil villian of the game. He's a madman, live only to destroy life. He first served under Emperor Gestahl, but then betrayed him to carrying out his own plan, which is to destroy, destroy, and....destroy.

GENERAL LEO
General Leo is the 'good guy on the bad side of the law'. He is fiercely loyal to Emperor Gestahl, and he will obediently carry out all his orders, no questions asked. Even though the acts he commit are evil, he himself is a respectable man.

EMPEROR GESTAHL
Gestahl only has one goal, and it's world domination. His Empire has already taken control of a good portion of the world, and he's not planning to stop until the whole world is in his hand. However, unlike Kefka, he only wants to control the world, not destroy.

CID
Cid is the Magitek scientist working for the Emperor. Even though he does not agree with the Emperor's action, he still works for him, probably because he feared for his own life. He loves Celes in a fatherly way, and treats her like his daughter.

BANON
Banon is the leader of the Returners, and serves as the Returner's mentor. Even though he doesn't really know how to combat, he has a special skill which allows him to heal allies back to health.

ARVIS
A member of the Returners, Arvis lives in Narshe in attempt to convince the neutral town to side with the Returners. He was the one that found Terra first.

DUNCAN
Duncan is Sabin's master. He is undoubtly the most skilled martial artist in the world. He is the creator of the Blitz moves, which he has passed down to Sabin.

ULTROS
This annoying octopus is nothing but a trouble maker. He attacks your party for no reason, taunt your party with annoying lines, and just when you think he's gone, he comes back.....and he even have a little friend name Chupon who is as annoying as him.

KUMAMA, KUPEK, KUPAN, KUSHU, KURIN, KURU, KUPOP, KUKU, KUTAN, & KAMOG
These are all Mog's friends living in the cave of Narshe with him. Don't think they're weak just because that they are cute! They're all great fighters and you don't want mess with them =)

SIGFRIED
You first met Sigfried on the ghost train when he tries to steal the treasure from your party members. Then in the World of Ruins you see him in the Colosseum. He has this damaging move call Hyperdrive when you fight him. His true identity is still unknown.
