Setzer is the owner of the only airship in the world. He's a traveller, but he's also what I would describe as a drunken gambler. He drinks, he gambles, he flys around.....his life is basically a game for him, where he will either win or lose.

He used to have a girlfriend named Daryl, who loved flying as much as he does. They spent time building airships together. Daryl built the Falcon, which is the faster of the two, and Setzer built the Blackjack, the bigger of the two. The two of them competed a lot. However, during a race, an accident occured and Daryl was never seen again. One year later, Setzer found the wreckage of the Falcon on a distant island. Assuming that Daryl is dead, Setzer repaired the Falcon and hid it underground in a tomb he built for Daryl, not wanting to see it again. He started a casino business on his airship, and the Emperor paid him to keep his business in the air. The Returners needed his help since they needed a vehicle to get to the Empire's capital. They managed to convinced Setzer, and he agreed to help them.

The Blackjack was destroyed when the world became divided. With his treasured airship gone, Setzer lost his will in life and ended up drinking his life away in the Kohlingen bar.

Setzer isn't really a good character to use. His stats are okay, but it's nothing to shout about. His 'Slot' command can get annoying at times as it is inconsistent, and 'GP Rain' is just....silly =)
